SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Area

Orders are currently shipped exclusively within Belgium.

Order Preparation

Products in stock are generally prepared within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Made-to-order items require a production time of up to 14 calendar days before shipment.

The indicated delivery times are estimates.

Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via one of the following carriers:

Bpost;

DPD;

Mondial Relay.

The carrier is selected based on the delivery method chosen during checkout or according to logistical constraints.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are set at:

€6.95 including VAT per order.

Shipping is free for all orders of €200 or more.

The applicable fees are displayed before final order confirmation.

Delivery Times

After the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the service chosen and the carrier's own terms and conditions.

The delivery times provided are estimates and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped.

In-Store Pickup

Order pickup is free of charge.

Pickup is by appointment only, after confirmation that the order is ready.

Payment can be made upon pickup when this option is offered during the ordering process.

Custom Orders

Custom creations are made specifically according to the customer's wishes.

The production time varies depending on the complexity of the design and will be communicated before production begins.

Delivery Delay

In the event of a delay attributable to the carrier, an exceptional event, or force majeure (strikes, severe weather, accidents, logistical difficulties, or any circumstance beyond Phil Wood's control), delivery times may be extended. We will inform you as soon as possible.

Phil Wood cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from such circumstances.

Absence at Delivery Time

If the recipient is absent, the carrier's procedures will apply.

Depending on the carrier, the package may be redelivered, left at a pickup point, or a delivery notice may be left.

Order Verification

The customer is advised to check the condition of the package upon receipt.

Any anomaly (damaged package, missing or damaged product) must be reported as soon as possible to allow for prompt processing of the request.
